Next Gen Pastor

• Provides vision, leadership, and strategic oversight for all Next Generation ministries at a 1,500+ person church, serving children, students, and young adults from 6 weeks through age 25.

• Serves as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, collaborating with senior leadership to shape church-wide vision, strategy, and ministry initiatives.

• Leads and develops a team of 6 direct-report ministry staff members while creating a culture of excellence, discipleship, collaboration, and leadership development.

• Oversees weekly ministry environments serving approximately 250 children, 200 students, and 60 college students, ensuring each ministry is spiritually engaging, relationally connected, and aligned with the church's mission.

• Recruits, equips, and develops a volunteer leadership team of more than 200 individuals, building sustainable ministry teams and empowering leaders to serve effectively.

• Has successfully grown Next Gen ministry attendance and volunteer engagement through intentional leadership, strategic planning, and a strong focus on community and discipleship.

• Preaches regularly across multiple ministry environments, including 4–5 main-stage messages annually, approximately 20 student ministry messages each year, and 12 children's ministry teachings annually.

• Plans and executes annual summer camps serving 550+ children, overseeing programming, logistics, volunteer teams, safety procedures, and ministry execution.

• Develops annual ministry calendars, strategic goals, and initiatives that support the spiritual growth of children, students, families, and young adults.

• Manages ministry budgets with thoughtful stewardship, aligning financial resources with ministry priorities and long-term vision.

• Creates leadership pipelines by mentoring staff and developing volunteer leaders to expand ministry impact.

• Oversees child safety procedures, check-in systems, and operational processes to provide safe and welcoming environments for families.
